In addition to her 20+ years experience and qualifications, Ms Taylor Lynch has also been recognised for her dedication, hard work, leadership and excellence in education. Some of these accolades are listed below.
Ms Taylor Lynch was chosen to travel to the United States to participate in the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Entry into this programme is very competive and a Barbadian is not chosen to participate every year. There she took part in a three-week project on "Education and Activism for Young Women" from January 29th until February 17th in 2017.

Winner of the Royal Fidelity National Distinguished Teacher Award
The awards, established in 2010, are held each year by the Royal Fidelity Merchant Bank & Trust (Barbados) Ltd., in association with the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, to acknowledge the immense contribution teachers make towards Barbados’ development.
In 2019, Ms Taylor Lynch was honoured as one of the winners.

Hundreds of thousand of persons have been involved in the IVLP programme. After Ms Taylor Lynch's involvement in the programme, she was further highlighted, as one of less than ten persons, to be featured in 2020.
