Bright Future was founded by our progressive principal to fill the ever growing demand for consistent, high-quality primary education in Barbados. Our institution is committed to nurturing not only students but also their families, offering comprehensive, services tailored to your unique needs.
Our story began over a decade ago with The After School Academy, where we provided specialized camps and after-school lessons in English, Remedial Reading, and Mathematics for students needing additional support.
Today, Bright Future has evolved into a full-time, face-to-face private primary school dedicated to personalized, inclusive learning grounded in solid pedagogical, evidenced-based practices . We also continue to offer afterschool tuition for children ages 5-12 years old , and we are excited to introduce educational supplies store —another step in empowering students with the tools for success.

We take a solution-driven, dynamic approach to instruction delivery, utilising a high degree of differentiation within each lesson to ensure that each child is taught in the way he/she learns.
Additionally, Individualised Education Plans (I.E.Ps) are devised for those students with a neurodivergent diagnosis, thereby allowing the chilld's parents, other professional support personnel and the teacher to work together to wholistically meet the needs of the student.
The I.E.P is based on the student’s skilset andcurrent needs and it outlines a 1-year programme with specific, measurable attainment targets.

Our teachers are experienced with years in tutoring and education. Our Principal has 25 years of experience, specialising in key areas such as curriculum development, student-centred learning, inclusionary practices, Reading remediation and structured teaching,with proven results. BEFORE- & AFTERCARE
Do you have to be at work early? You may be interested in our complimentary, Before School Care programme which commences at 7:30 a.m. Maybe you have to stay late? Complimentary aftercare is available from 2:45 - 3:30 p.m.; after which a reasonable, cumulative charge takes effect.
DAILY POP-INS
Your child can "pop-in" at your convenience. During their time with us, they can participate in online school using their own device or one provided by our school. They also benefit from our guidance and reinforcement of concepts or topics that may be difficult to understand. This service is perfect if you're working part-time or just need to focus on an important task.
Extra tuition
Lessons are available after school hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Saturdays. 1-on-1 private sessions are available for students who need dedicated attention and for parents with a more dynamic schedule.
6 - We promote equitable access to learning

7 - We have our own Google Classroom platform
Bright Future has its very own, independent Google Classroom. Schooling is not disrupted by pauses and lockdowns, and can seamlessly transition from face-to-face to online schooling.
